CONNECTION, AN EVENT
FOR GIRLS IN GRADES 7-12
This years ministry project will benefit FamilyFEST in west Tennessee July 7-13, 2012. For over ten years, families have been serving communties together through national WMU's Family FEST. These prepacked mission trips are a great opportunity for families, as well as, individuals and church groups. FamilyFEST participants will work with various ministries throughout the Memphis area meeting needs both physical and spiritual. They are collecting chapstick, washcloths and toothbrushes. Also, travel size items,i.e. shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, soap, tissues and deodorant. All items collected will be taken to FamilyFEST, sorted, and then distributed through the various ministries. Bring item to the Gatlinburg Convention Center Friday or Saturday.
